摘 要:针对汤河流域水资源供需现状,同时考虑"引兰入汤"及"引细入汤"输水工程运行供水后的流域水资源供需变化情况,预测了2020年流域水资源的供需状况,并以流域供水净效益、流域总缺水量和流域协调发展指数为目标建立了流域水资源配置的多目标模型,采用多目标总体遗传算法求解。所得水资源优化配置方案,为汤河流域水资源的可持续开发和综合规划决策提供了合理的理论支持和依据。For water supply and demand situation of Tanghe river, taking into account the "YinLanRuTang" and "YinXiRuTang" water project after running the water basin water supply and demand changes, predicted the supply and demand of water resources of the 2020, and net boaefits of water supply watershed, watershed and river basin total water volume index for the coordinated developmant of fiver basin water resources allocation goals established multi-objective model, the overall multi-objective genetic algorithm. Optimal allocation of water from the program for the Tanghe River Basin water resources decision-making for sustainable development and integrated planning provides a reasonable basis for the theoretical support.
