老年退行性心脏瓣膜病临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年退行性心脏瓣膜病临床特点,以便于正确诊断。方法:收治老年退行性心瓣膜病患者64例,对临床表现各种辅助检查和治疗进行总结和回顾性分析。结果:对47例心功能>Ⅱ级患者,予以药物综合治疗3～10天后,心衰及心绞痛症状基本控制;另3例院外猝死,8例转上级医院行换瓣术治疗,5例安装心脏起搏器。结论:老年退行性心瓣膜病男性多于女性,发病年龄多>70岁,UCG具有较高的敏感性及特异性,是诊断SDHVD的首选检查方法。Objective：To investigate the degenerative valvular heart disease clinical features,in order to facilitate the correct diagnosis.Method：Set in our hospital in March 2010-October 2011 treatment of 64 elderly patients with degenerative valvular disease on clinical manifestations and treatment of a variety of laboratory examinations were summarized and analyzed retrospectively.Results：47 cases of cardiac function grade Ⅱ patients,drug therapy to be 3～10 d later,of heart failure and angina pectoris symptoms under control;other three cases of sudden death outside the hospital,and 8 transfer line valve replacement in the treatment of higher-level hospitals,5 patients with cardiac pacemaker.Conclusion：degenerative heart valve disease more men than women,how to age greater than 70 years,UCG has high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of SDHVD the preferred screening method.
