颈臂丛联合阻滞麻醉在锁骨手术中的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:临床观察颈臂丛联合阻滞麻醉用于锁骨骨折手术的效果。方法:选择60例行锁骨骨折内固定术患者,随机分为颈丛阻滞麻醉组、颈臂丛联合阻滞麻醉组,对两种麻醉方法进行比较,并记录各组麻醉效果以及有无膈神经阻滞、喉返神经阻滞、局麻药中毒等不良反应。结果:B组麻醉效果优于A组。结论:颈臂丛联合组麻醉效果较另两组满意,解决了骨科肩区手术以往麻醉效果欠佳的难题。Objective：To study the clinical effect of cervical brachial plexus block anesthesia for the operation of clavicular fracture effect.Methods：60 cases of internal fixation for clavicular fracture patients,randomly divided into cervical plexus block anesthesia group,cervical brachial plexus block anesthesia group,anesthesia on two kinds of methods were compared,and the effect of anesthesia were recorded and have no the phrenic nerve block,recurrent laryngeal nerve block,local anesthetics poisoning and other adverse reactions.Results：in B group,anesthesia effect is better than that of A group.Conclusion：cervical brachial plexus anesthesia effect than the other two groups group satisfaction,solve the orthopaedic shoulder area operation previous poor anesthetic effect problem.This method is worth to be in clinical on the further promotion and application of.
