Rutkow无张力疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟斜疝的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨Rutkow无张力疝修补治疗老年腹股沟疝的临床疗效和安全性。方法:收治老年腹股沟斜疝患者48例,采用Rutkow无张力疝修补术,回顾性分析临床资料。结果:本组患者均顺利完成手术,平均手术时间55.75±15.85分钟,术后住院天数2～7天;所有患者均获痊愈,出现阴囊积液1例,切口皮下血肿3例,尿潴留5例,局部轻度异物感1例;随访6～36个月,未见复发。结论:Rut-kow无张力疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝具有手术方法简单、安全性高、创伤小、无张力、疗效满意等优点。Objective：To treat the clinical efficacy and safety of treatment of Rutkow tension-free herniorrhaphy for senile patients with indirect inguinal hernia.Methods：48 senile patients with indirect inguinal hernia who underwent the surgery of Rutkow tension-free herniorrhaphy were retrospectively analysed.Results：48 cases were performed successfully the surgery of Rutkow tension-free herniorrhaphy,the average operative time was 55.75±15.85min,the hospital postoperative stay were 2～7 days.All cases were cured,the scrotal hydrocele occurred in 1 case,the ecchymoma occurred in 3 cases,the retention of urine occurred in 5 cases,the local low-grade foreign bodies sensation occurred in 1 case.Follow-up of 6～36 months duration showed good results.Conclusion：The treatment of Rutkow tension-free herniorrhaphy in senile patients with indirect inguinal hernia has the advantage of simple procedure,safety,minor trauma,no stress,confirmed effectiveness.The procedure should be the best choice of treatment for senile patients with indirect inguinal hernia,and it is valuable for clinical application in metrical hospital.
