摘　　要：本文在调查历史档案开放利用现状的基础上,论证了历史档案实施网络存取的必要性,深入分析了建设历史档案网络共享系统应遵循的基本原则,并且引入开放存取理念,构建了基于OAI-PMH的我国历史档案共享框架。Based on the survey of the status of historical archives open access, the authors demonstrate the need for the implementation of historical archives network access and further analyze of the basic principles that building the historical archives network share system should follow. Moreover,the paper introduces the concept of open access and constructs a historical archives sharing framework based on the OAI-PMH.
