美国地下管线档案信息管理对我国的启示

摘　　要：城市地下管线是城市的重要基础设施,近年来,外力施工破坏地下管线的事故时有发生,美国自2007年开始实施的"一呼通体系(One-call Notification System)",是地下管线安全防护方面有益的探索。文章在对该体系基本情况及其实施效果分析的基础上,结合我国地下管线管理实际,分析了美国地下管线管理模式对我国的启示。Urban underground pipeline is main infrastructure in city. For the past few years,accidents of underground pipeline that destroyed by external forces were frequently occurred.Since 2007,American started to carry out One-call Notification System,which was a profitable exploration in protect aspect to underground pipeline. Based on the analysis to the basic case and application effect of this system,and combine to the underground pipeline managing practice in our country,this article analyzes enlightenment that American underground pipeline management mode to our country.
