摘 要:本文利用水热法以铁酸镍和钛酸钡为原料,制备了具有尖晶石结构的铁酸镍(NiFe2O4)和钙钛矿结构的钛酸钡(BaTiO3)复合材料,利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对样品的物相和形貌进行了分析。研究了复合样品的介电常数和磁导率随频率和温度的变化。结果表明:复合样品中的钛酸钡在烧结后由四方相转变成六角结构;生成六角结构的钛酸钡颗粒和类球状铁氧体颗粒;介电常数和磁导率随铁氧体含量的增加逐渐增大,复合陶瓷的介电居里温度随铁氧体含量的增加向低温方向移动,磁性居里温度随铁氧体含量的增多向高温方向移动,逐渐接近铁氧体的居里温度。In the present work,the magnetoelectric composites of spinel structure NiFe2O4 and perovskite structure BaTiO3 were synthesized by hydrothermal method with putting the precursor of NiFe2O4 and BaTiO3 together in reaction kettle.The presence of two phases in composites was confirmed by XRD technique.The microstructure was characterized by scanning electron microscope.The variation of dielectric constant and variation of permeability with frequency and temperature were studied.The results showed that the structure of BaTiO3 in the composite changed from tetragonal structure to hexagonal structure,hexagon shaped BaTiO3 particles and near-spherical particles were formed,both of dielectric constant and permeability increased with increasing NiFe2O4 contents,the ferroelectric curie temperature moved towards low temperature with increasing NiFe2O4 contents,while the ferromagnetic curie temperature moved towards high temperature,which was close to that of NiFe2O4.
