摘  要:为研究叶轮几何参数对自吸离心泵自吸性能的影响,引用正交实验的方法,选取叶片出口角、叶片数及叶片包角3个因素设计了叶轮的9种方案。采用FLUENT软件预测各方案的外特性,并对自吸过程进行定常数值模拟以比较自吸性能的优劣,分析了所选取几何参数对自吸泵自吸性能的影响顺序,为自吸离心泵的设计提供参考。To study the impeller geometric parameters' impact on the self-priming performance of self-priming centrifugal pump,we have quoted the orthogonal experimental method,selected the blade outlet angle,leaf number and wrapping angle of blade three factors and designed nine impeller programs.Using FLUENT software predicted external characteristics of the various programs,we have conducted a numerical simulation of the steady self-absorption process to compare the advantages and disadvantages of self-priming performance,analyze the selected geometric parameters' impact order on the self-sunction performance of self-priming pump.It serves as a reference for the design of self-priming centrifugal pumps.
