摘 要:针对城镇配电网中按电压等级选择同一截面导线的不合理性,基本算法的罚函数处理约束稳定性不强和寻优运算差等问题,利用经济电流密度概念、多目标规划理论和遗传算法,研究实数编码并行优化、动态罚函数约束、配电网路径与潮流自识别解码等方法,提出了配电网络多目标经济性优化模型及其算法。通过10kV配电网实例验证表明,该方法提高解的搜索精度,实现规划线路长度和导线截面策略因子并行优化,得到最小投资费用的优化方案。In the traditional design of electricity distribution network of towns,it was unreasonable to choose the same cross-section wires according to the voltage level,which was not strong in the stability to dispose penalty function of restrictions.Hence,the mathematical model and algorithm of multiple objective economic optimization in power distribution network were put forward by taking the concept in economic current density and theories in multiple objective planning and genetic algorithm,and the real-number-coding for parallel optimization,dynamic penalty function of restrictions,self-recognition decoding method for the path and flow of power grid in terms of algorithm were studied.When the method is used for 10 kV electricity distribution network,the results show that the proposed model and algorithm can improve the searching precision of solution,and realize the parallel optimization in power lines and the strategy factor of wire section.In the meantime,the minimum investment cost of optimization scheme is gained.
