摘 要:由于杂散电容的存在使得MOA电阻片的电压承担率分布不均匀,导致部分电阻片的运行荷电率升高,将会因承担的电压过高而加速老化而率先损坏,并最终导致整个MOA的损坏,缩短其预期运行寿命。以220 kV瓷套避雷器为例,通过计算和实测的方法,系统分析研究了诸多因素对电压分布不均匀系数的影响程度,同时特别指出了目前出现的用准60 mm甚至于更小尺寸电阻片装配220 kV避雷器的安全隐忧,有助于避雷器的优化设计和安全运行。Because the voltage distribution of metal-oxide resistor could be uneven due to stray capacitance,that will make the electrical load rate of some resistors become higher,these resistors would be aging more quickly and damage first,finally cause the damage of the entire MOA and the expected operating life of the metal-oxide surge arresters would be reduced.Taking the 220 kV porcelain bushing arrester for example,by the method of calculation and actual measurment,the influence degree of various factors on the voltage uneven distribution parameter have been systematically analyzed,meanwhile the security risks in the existing 60 mm and even less than 60 mm resistors which used in 220 kV surge arrestors has been specially pointed out,which would contribute to the optimization design and safety operation of MOA.
