摘　　要：基于数据库技术和模块化设计方法,采用产生式规则知识表达方法,将选材和设计的大量相关数据、专家经验知识和判据构成知识库,并利用语言编程方法建立了专家系统的整体框架。研究开发了理论依据充分、先进实用的热作模具选材及设计专家系统,实现了热作模具选材和设计的信息存储、快速查询及专家推荐等功能,为实现模具生产工艺制定提供依据和指导。The whole framework of the expert system is based on the database technology and modularization design method. By using of the knowledge representation methods of production rules, an knowledge base was established which consisted of a number of related data, expert experience knowledge and criteria concerning the materials selection and design. The framework of the expert system was set up by using of the language programming method. An advanced material selection and design expert system for hotworking die-casting die was developed, which can realize the functions of information storage, rapid inquiry and experts recommendation, etc. This provides the basis and guidance for the production process design of die.
