摘　　要：浸渗技术是一种为解决铸件泄漏问题的新型密封堵漏技术。文中介绍了Ultraseal的PC504/66,Loctite的Resinol90C、90R和88C等浸渗剂以及常用厌氧胶的技术参数。列举了现有的浸渗技术,铸造厂可根据具体铸件状况选用不同的浸渗技术。最后,指出了浸渗剂使用中应注意的问题。Impregnation technology is a new type of sealing technology that applied to solution for the leakage of the casting. In this paper, the technical parameters of impregnants including PC504/66 of Ultrasea, Resinol 90C／90R／88C of Loctite, and common anaerobic adhesives were given, and the impregnation technologies currently available were presented. A foundry can choose different technologies according to the different castings. At last, the problems that should be paid attention to were pointed out.
