摘 要:目的:研究带蒂筋膜瓣为膜引导骨再生(MGBR)屏障膜的可行性及其在促进超临界骨缺损(ECSD)修复方面的实验疗效。方法:50只大白兔,尺骨造ECSD模型,A组单纯植入化骨(NTEB)(对照组),B组制备带蒂筋膜瓣包裹NTEB(实验组),术后对实验动物行一般情况观察、修复区X射线检查、大体观察和组织学检查、骨形态计量分析及生物力学测定分析。结果:各检查结果均显示B组优于A组。结论:以带蒂筋膜瓣为屏障膜具有MGBR作用,其包裹NTEB应用MGBR技术对促进ECSD修复疗效显著。Objective To study the feasibility and effectiveness of using pedical fascial flap packing noncelluar tissue engineered bone with autologous red bone marrow and membrance guided bone regeneration(MGBR) technique in the process of bone defect repair.Methods 50 rabbits were used to make the experimental model of bilateral defect of the long bone and the periosteum in the ulna.Noncelluar tissue engineered bone(NTEB) was implanted in the bone defect area,one with nothing serving as the control group(group A).while the other wrapped by pedical fascial flap as the experimental group(group B).After the operation,X-ray exam,light density measurement,gross morphology and histological inspection,bone shape measurement analysis in the junctional zone and the biomechanics determination were conducted.Results X-ray films,gross morphology and histological inspection,bone shape measurement analysis,biomechanics determination:the group B was superior to the group A.Conclusions The pedical fascial flap can be used in the MGBR technique.And it has obvious effect on promoting the process of the exceed critical size defect repair.
