摘 要:目的:探讨胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ、Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅰ、Ⅱ)及其结合蛋白3(IGFBP-3)与胎儿生长受限(fetal growth restricton,FGR)之间的关系,为临床诊断及治疗提供新的思路及实验依据。方法:选取2007年6月至2010年12月在广州医学院附属广州市第一人民产科住院的临床诊断的中期FGR孕妇共30例,抽取同期引产的健康孕妇30例作为对照组1;分娩时再抽取30例健康分娩孕妇作为对照组2;分别测定FGR孕妇组在孕中期及分娩时与两个对照组的母血、羊水及脐血中的IGF-Ⅰ、Ⅱ及IGFBP-3的浓度并对比它们的差异。结果:FGR组的IGF-Ⅰ、Ⅱ水平在孕中期及分娩时均下降,而IGFBP-3水平却升高。结论:IGF-Ⅰ、Ⅱ及IGFBP-3可能与FGR的发生发展密切相关,IGF-Ⅰ、Ⅱ的降低及IGFBP-3的升高可能是导致胎儿生长受限的重要原因之一。Objective To explore the relationship of insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ),IGF-Ⅱ,and insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3(IGFBP-3) with fetal growth restriction(FGR).Methods Thirty women in mid trimester of pregnancy with FGR from June 2007 to December 2010 were included as FGR group,30 healthy women in mid trimester of pregnancy with artificial labor were included as control group 1,and 30 healthy women with normal delivery were as control group 2.The concentrations of IGF-Ⅰ,IGF-Ⅱ,and IGFBP-3 in maternal blood,amniotic fluid,and cord blood in women in mid trimester of pregnancy and at delivery in FGR group,and those in the two control groups were measured.Results The concentrations of IGF-Ⅰ and IGF-Ⅱ in women in mid trimester of pregnancy and at delivery in FGR group were decreased,whilst IGFBP-3 was increased.Conclusion IGF-Ⅰ,IGF-Ⅱ,and IGFBP-3 may be closely related to the occurrence and development of FGR.The decrease of IGF-Ⅰ and IGF-Ⅱ and the increase of IGFBP-3 may be one of the reasons to lead to the FGR.
