摘　　要：动态更新馆藏管理机制是以三线典藏制为基础建立起来的,其核心就是发挥三线典藏制优势,避开其劣势,形成动态的、流动的馆藏布局,能够更好地发挥效益,提高图书利用率。动态更新馆藏管理机制应遵循科学原则、藏以致用原则、可操作原则和时效原则,机制的运行需要做好调研、馆藏数据统计和分析、设立动态典藏调配岗,并按照有序的方法进行操作。Management mechanism of dynamic update on library conection is based on the three - levels book collection system, which of the core is to bring the advantages of the three - levels book collectlon system into full play, avoid its disadvantages, form dynamic and flowing collection layout So as to get better benefit and improve the book utilization ratio. The management mechanism should follow scientific principle, principle of preserving for the use, operational principle and effective principle. The operation of the mechanism depends on investigation, statistics of book collection and establishment of duty post. Finally, the operation methods of the mechanism are introduced. 8 refs.
