摘 要:新型短路限流装置在电网正常情况下等效阻抗接近于0,且对电网无不利影响,短路故障时迅速增大等效阻抗限制短路电流,从而确保断路器可靠开断短路电流。文中研究了新型短路限流装置的优化配置问题,使用自阻抗灵敏度加权和作为衡量限流效果的指标,应用支路追加法修正计算参数以减少优化过程的计算量,通过合理的粒子群优化(PSO)建模、设置相应的适应函数引导粒子群实现全局寻优,形成了一种快速的超高压电网配置限流器的全局优化算法。应用该算法对广东电网2015规划年的3种运行方式进行了计算分析,得出相应的超高压电网短路限流器的优化配置方案。Recent short-circuit current limiters normally present zero impedance and don't affect the operation of power grid.When confronted with system fault,impedance of limiters will increase rapidly to limit short-circuit current to ensure fault current staying below the breaker interrupt capacity.The optimal configuration for the short-circuit current limiters is studied,in which the self-impedance sensitivity weighted sum is used as an index to evaluate the current limiting effect,and the branch-adding method is applied to greatly reduce the calculation of optimization process.A fast calculating global optimization algorithm for configurating ultra-high voltage short-circuit current limiters is proposed with particle swarm optimization(PSO) modeling and corresponding adaptive function.The planning operating modes of Guangdong Grid in 2015 are calculated and analyzed by using the algorithm proposed,and corresponding optimal configuration scheme is obtained for ultra-high voltage short-circuit current limiters.
