摘　　要：针对有关距离保护在失去电压时,现场值班员的运行操作规定进行了讨论。通过对微机继电保护装置的一般原理分析,提出了交流电压回路异常时应采取的措施,对加强保护配置及防止运行中的电气设备失去保护等方面提出了建议,从而对有关新规程的操作规定作了注解。The operating and manipulating provisions for on-duty operators are discussed when the distance protection loses voltage.Via analyzing general principle of the microprocessor-based protective relaying device,the necessary measures adopted when AC voltage circuit is abnormal are put forward.Proposals are presented for strengthening the protection configuration and preventing electrical equipments in operation from losing protection.Accordingly,the annotations to the involved new provisions are given.
