摘　　要：国际油价是世界主要经济体国家利益与国家意志的体现。随着金融市场的动荡和供需关系的变化以及原油需求增速趋缓、市场可供资源与需求渐趋平衡、天然气等新能源逐渐进入原油市场,国际油价由单向(向上)市场向双向市场转变,波动性增加,国际原油市场供需格局及价格发生变革。International crude oil price is the reflection of benefit and will of major states and economies in the world. With the stirring of financial market, changing of supply and demand relation, easing of increasing speed of crude oil demand, gradual balance of available resource in market and demand, and entering of new energy sources as natural gas into crude oil market,international oil price transferred from single direction （upward） market to double direction market, fluctuation increased, the international crude oil market supply and demand situation of and its price were reformed.
