太湖洞庭山不同杨梅品种的果实品质分析

摘  要:选取了10个苏州洞庭山杨梅品种,对其进行果实经济性状与品质性状的测定和分析,旨在为苏州杨梅品种的选育和改良提供理论依据。结果表明:供试杨梅品种的果实果形均为近圆形,果形指数在0.93~1.00之间。果实可食率以大叶细蒂最高,为94.80%;除白杨梅和野杨梅外,各品种的平均单果重都11g以上,其中以"荔枝头"果实平均单果重最高。果实可溶性固形物的含量以选育单株为最高,为11.46%;紫条品种的果实可滴定酸含量最低。果实花青苷含量除白杨梅外,其含量都在200nmol/g左右。The fruit quality of the different Myrica rubra varieties in Dongting mountain were studied in order to provide reference for selection, breeding and improvement of Suzhou M vrica rubra varieties. The results showed that the fruit shape index of all Myrica rubra varieties was between 0. 93 and 1. 00. The fruit edible rate of 'Dayexidi' was highest, 94. 80%. The single fruit weight of ' Lizhitou' was the highest, other varieties except ' Baiyangrnei' and ' Yeyangmei ' were more than 11 g. The soluble mlids of bred plant was 11. 46% and highest than other varieties. The titratable acid content of 'Zitiao' fruit was most lowest. The anthocyanins content of all varieties were around 200 nmol/g except 'Baivangmei'.
