摘　　要：意识形态机构建设是意识形态研究的重要内容。针对我国的意识形态机构建设,学界从意识形态机构的内涵、管理、队伍建设、与受众的关系等多个方面展开研究。总体来讲,该项研究仍存在诸多问题和不足,可以尝试从过程研究、截面研究、比较研究、学科交叉研究等角度推动该项研究。The organization construction of ideology is one of the important contents of ideology.The article summarizes the research results of the study from four aspects： connotation,management and operation,team construction,and relationship with readers and audiences.Generally speaking,there are many problems in this research,so we can attempt to promote the research from the perspective of process study,cross-section study,comparative study and subject crossing study.
