输卵管介入再通术后受孕时机的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨输卵管介入再通术后最佳受孕时机。方法选择山东淄博市妇婴保健院收治输卵管不通的不孕患者635例950条输卵管行介入再通,对术后不同受孕时机进行比较。结果成功介入再通后受孕率1～4个月组与5～8个月组、9～12个月组有明显差异(X^2=82.629,P<0.05、X^2=170.08,P<0.05),以后逐渐递减,5～8个月组与9～12个月组则无明显差异(X^2=24.297,P>0.05)。前6个月受孕率明显高于后6个月(X^2=154.51,P<0.05)。前4个月输卵管妊娠率较高,以后逐渐递减,半年后明显降低。结论成功介入再通后4个月内为最佳受孕时机,我们主张前半年积极采取受孕措施创造受孕机会。Objective To discuss the optimal time for conception after fallopian tube recanalization therapy. Methods Fallopian tube recanalization procedure was carried out on 950 obstructed fallopian tubes in 635 infertile women. All the patients were followed up. The time of getting conception after the procedure was observed and recorded in all patients, and the results were analyzed. Results The pregnancy rate in the first four mouths was significantly different from the pregnancy rate after the first four months, while no significant difference in the pregnancy rate existed between the second four months and the third four months after the treatment. The pregnancy rate of the first six months after recanalization treatment was significantly higher than that of the second six months. The ectopic pregnancy rate was relatively high after the first four months and it gradually declined to a quite lower level after six months. Conclusion The optimal time for conception after fallopian tube recanalization therapy is within the first four months after the interventional treatment. During the first six months after the treatment, the opportunities of getting pregnant should be actively created, and special measures for getting fertilization should be energetically adopted during the first four months after a successful recanalization procedure.
