摘　　要：简述了熔体塔式造粒法生产尿基复合肥的技术原理、工艺流程、技术特点和质量标准;从原料选择和原料预处理以及造粒料浆的混合温度、混合时间、养分配比等方面阐明了该工艺技术的关键控制点。Author has briefly described the technical principle, process flow, technical features and quality standard for producing urine base com- pound fertilizer by prilling method in melt tower; from aspects of raw material selection, raw material pretreatment and mixing temperature, mixing time, nutrient formula etc. of prilling slurry, author has described the key control points of this process technology.
