摘　　要：医学影像存档与通讯系统(PACS)是大型综合性医院信息化的重要组成部分,但是在实际应用时碰到临床PACS阅读困难、网络拥堵等一些问题,因此传统影像胶片仍然在医院各部门大量流转,使放射影像部门仍处于繁琐的胶片查找、核对、分发工作中。本文引入"DICOM电子胶片"方式来解决上述问题,从而进一步优化放射影像部门的工作流程,努力实现医院影像信息无片化。PACS system is an important component of a large general hospital information system, but there are encountered a number of issues such as clinical PACS reading difficulties, network congestion in the practical application, so there are still a large number of traditional image film circulation in the hospital sectors, a large number of burdensome task to check ,find, distribution image film in radiographic imaging department, rn this paper, we introduced a ＂DICOM electronic film＂ way to resalve these issues, thereby, to further optimizing the radiographic imaging department workflow, try to achieve the hospital filmless imaging information.
