基于ORACLE数据库的应急救援知识库发布平台的建立

摘　　要：为及时、有效地开展应急医疗救援,利用信息系统的成熟技术,开发了可视化的应急救援资源知识库系统。该系统基于网络环境,以Visual Studio 2005和oracle为开发平台,建立了基础数据库,实现了应急医学救援知识管理、救援预案管理、应急快速查询等功能。应用结果表明,该系统可为突发事件的高效处理提供有力的技术支持,有利于提高业务单位的应急救援能力。Aimed at the timely and effective emergency medical rescue, this paper introduces a visual command knowledge information system designed for emergency rescue, using the well-developed IT technology. Based on network environment and Visual Studio 2005 and Oraele, the databaae-aided system affords the knowledge management of emergency rescue, beforehand rescue schema and quickly query. The result shows that the system can provide strong technical support for dealing with all kinds of accident and help to improve emergency rescue capability of department.
