摘　　要：目的解决医院手工统计护理工作量的实际问题。方法以基于医院信息管理系统(HIS)系统的Oracle后台数据库为基础,应用Powerbuilder为前台开发工具设计开发经管数据查询及报表生成系统。结果该系统在实现原程序功能的基础上,根据实际需求增加了一些常用的功能模块。结论该护理工作量统计是护理质量管理的重要内容。本文针对当前大多数医院手工统计护理工作量的实际,设计了基于HIS系统的护理工作量统计与报表生成系统。该系统利用不同的指标生成算法,直接从HIS系统数据库中分析计算并自动生成各种护理工作量统计数据,不但大大减轻了临床护士和护理管理人员的工作量,而且使护理工作量统计数据更加客观、准确。Objective To solve the problem in manual statistic of nurse workload. Methods Use Powerbuilder as foreground design tool based on Oracle background database of HIS. Results We added some common function modules based on actual demand in addition to original functions. Conclusion In view of nursing workload was counted manually in most hospitals, the nursing workload statistic and report generation system was designed. The nursing workload statistic data was computed from the database of HIS directly by means of the criteria generation algorithm. It not only lightened the workload of clinic nurses and nursing manager, but also made the nursing workload statistic more impersonal and exact.
