摘　　要：目的探讨计算机X射线摄影术(computed radiography,CR)、数字化X射线摄影术(digital radiography,DR)在急诊外伤摄影中联合应用的价值。方法回顾性分析90例急诊外伤骨折患者的CR、DR资料。结果 CR、DR图像质量高,后处理功能强大,可清晰地显示各种骨折,联合应用可极大地减少患者的痛苦,方便摄影,诊断准确率高。结论 CR、DR联合应用在急诊外伤的检查中有着较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the value of combined application of CR and DR photography in the emergency trauma. Methods CR and DR images of 90 cases of emergency trauma patients with fracture were retrospectively reviewed. Results The high quality and powerful post-processing of CR and DR photography can clearly show a variety of fractures, joint applications can greatly reduce the suffering of patients, to facilitate photography, to elevate diagnostic accuracy rate. CoNclusion The combined examination of CR and DR photography in the emergency trauma has a high clinical value.
