高支纯毛纱的生产工艺与质量控制

摘　　要：文中阐述了用中高档原料和进口设备生产Nm90高支纯毛纱的原料选配,纱线的生产工艺和质量控制,对于如何合理利用进口设备,选定工艺参数,生产优质高支毛纱,对生产过程中的质量控制进行了阐述;对成品的品质控制作了分析。Raw material selecting and blending of 90S wool yarns composed of medium and high-grade wool fibers and produced by imported equipments,production process and quality control are presented in this paper.Meanwhile,this paper also introduces how to use imported equipments,choose processing parameters and produce high quality and high-count wool yarns.What’s more,the quality control for the course of production and finished goods is analyzed.
