摘　　要：私有林在芬兰林业发展中具有十分重要的地位,芬兰私有林的成功在很大程度上得益于其成熟的林业合作组织。随着我国集体林权改革的深入,为解决分散经营等问题以及降低经营成本和增加农民收入,保障林业合作组织在中国各地的健康发展,芬兰的经验值得借鉴。Private forest plays an important role in the development of Finland＇s forestry sector.The success of private forest management in Finland lies on the healthy evolution and operation of forest management associations.With the progress of collective forest tenure reform in China,the experiences from Finland are worthy of learning for solving the problems like scattered management,decreasing management costs,increasing farmers＇ income and ensuring the healthy development of forestry cooperation organizations in China.
