少梳栉电脑经编机的产品开发

摘　　要：少梳栉电脑经编机是采用EL电子横移机构的经编机,一般梳栉数少于6把。少梳栉电脑经编机具有纵向花纹循环基本不受限制的优势,在经编领域有广泛的应用。本文介绍了少梳栉电脑经编机的特点及用途,探讨了少梳栉电脑经编机在生产内衣面料、外衣面料、装饰面料、塑身面料等方面的优势。分别以不同的机型为例,详细介绍了少梳栉电脑经编机产品开发的方法。The number of guide-bar of less guide-bar warp knitting machine with EL type electronic shogging mechanism is less than six generally.This warp knitting machine has a wide application for it has an advantage that its vertical pattern cycle is unlimited.The author described characteristics and purposes of warp knitting machine with computer.The advantages of using less guide-bar knitting machine lines in development and production of underwear,outwear,decorative and body shaping fabric and etc.The author also elaborated the approaches of fabrics development with less guide-bar warp knitting machine of various models.
