镶套支承辊有限元分析及疲劳寿命研究

摘　　要：本文以镶套支承辊为研究对象,应用大型有限元软件ABAQUS对支承辊进行了数值模拟。对不同套厚及不同过盈量下的支承辊应力应变场进行了对比分析,这两个参数的选择对镶套支承辊的应用具有重要指导意义。最后,根据辊套的应力应变曲线,估算了镶套支承辊的疲劳寿命。The back-up roll with roll-sleeve is studied and simulated using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS. The stress-strain field of back-up roll with different roll-sleeve thicknesses and the different magnitude of interference are compared and analyzed due to their importance for the application of roll with sleeve. Finally, the fatigue life of the back-up roll with roll-sleeve is evaluated based on the stress-strain curve.
