摘 要:通过在黏土中掺入早强型土壤固化剂ES与普通型土壤固化剂OS,分析研究了加固土体在高含水率条件下抗压强度、抗干湿循环性能随养护龄期、含水率发展的规律.试验结果表明:掺固化剂土体抗压强度随着养护龄期的增加而增加,随着含水率的增加而降低;在高含水率条件下,掺早强型土壤固化剂ES土体具有较好的抗干湿循环性能.根据高含水率加固土体的工作特性和强度发展规律,利用强制式搅拌机、螺杆泵开发出高含水率土体快速施工工艺.这套施工工艺可应用于水利工程汛期抢险堵漏,能够达到快速施工,节约成本,降低劳动强度的目的.By adding early strength soil stabilizer ES and conventional type soil stabilizer OS into soil,the soil is reinforced.We analyze the reinforced soil compressive strength and dry-wet cycle development rules with the curing age and moisture content in a condition of high moisture content.The results show that the compressive strength of soil mixed with the soil stabilizer increases after extending the curing age,and the compressive strength decreases when extending the moisture content of soil.The soil mixed with early strength soil stabilizer ES has good performance to resist dry-wet cycle in a condition of high moisture content.Forced action mixer and screw pump are used based on the workability of high moisture content soil and the development law of the compressive strength to develop the rapid construction technology of high moisture content soil.This construction technology can be used in hydraulic project rescue in flood seasons and can achieve the aim of rapid construction with low cost labor input.
