摘　　要：目的研究槲皮素对人软骨肉瘤细胞(SW1353)增殖的抑制作用。方法用体外细胞培养技术与显微镜观察50、100、200、400μmol/L浓度的槲皮素溶液作用于SW1353细胞,MTT法检测细胞生长抑制率。结果加药48 h后,随着槲皮素浓度的增高,对SW1353增殖的抑制作用增强,具有显著的浓度依赖性。结论槲皮素可促进人软骨肉瘤细胞凋亡,具有抗肿瘤作用。Objective To explore the inhibitory effect of Quercetin on the proliferation of SW1353 cells. Methods SW1353 cells were cultured in vitro and treated with 50, 100, 200, 400 μmol/L Quercetin respectively, then the growth inhibition rate of SW1353 cells was detected by MTF assay. Results After 48 hours of intervention, the inhibition was strengthened with the increase of the concentration of Quercetin in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion Quercetin can promote the apoptosis of SW1353 ceils, and has the antitumor effect.
