胃癌术后并发症危险因素的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨与胃癌术后并发症有关的危险因素。方法回顾性分析2006年6月至2011年10月行胃癌手术病人的临床资料，对术前、术中各种指标进行单因素分析，对其中有统计学意义的变量进行多因素Logistic回归分析，筛选出影响胃癌术后并发症的危险因素。结果术后并发症与联合脏器切除、Ⅲ～Ⅳ期、肝硬化、全胃切除、术前合并症、术中出血量、手术时间、年龄〉60岁等危险因素相关。结论联合脏器切除、肿瘤分期Ⅲ～Ⅳ期、术前合并症、肝硬化、全胃切除、术中出血量、手术时间、年龄〉60岁为胃癌术后并发症的独立危险因素。Objective To investigate the risk factors of postoperative complications of radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Methods The clinical data of patients with gastric cancer subject to radical gastrectomy from June 2006 to Oct. 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Single factor analysis was done on the factors of preoperative status, operation factors, tumor factors, etc. Variables with sta- tistical significance received multivariate Logistic regression analysis, and the risk factors influencing the postoperative complications of gastric cancer were screened out. Results Postoperative complica tions were associated with combined organ resection, Ⅲ～Ⅳ stages, liver cirrhosis, total gastrectomy, preoperative complications, blood loss and operating time. Conclusion Combined organ resection, sta ges,liver cirrhosis, total gastrectomy, preoperative complications, blood loss and operating time are the independent risk factors of gastric cancer postoperative complications.
