摘　　要：目的探讨神经微创介入技术治疗腰椎间盘源性疼痛的远期疗效。方法 221例应用神经微创介入技术方法治疗的腰椎间盘源性疼痛患者,随访1~6年,记录其出院时和随访时的疼痛缓解程度和并发症。结果出院疼痛缓解程度的优良率为87.3%,有效率为97.3%;随访疼痛缓解程度的优良率为65.9%,有效率为83.0%。本组未发现神经并发症。结论神经微创介入技术治疗腰椎间盘源性疼痛疗效可靠,作用持久,罕见并发症。Objective To evaluate the prostecdtive efficacy of neural minimal-invasive interventional technic for lumbar disc-derived pain.Methods 221 patients were enrolled into this study.and all of them accepted this neural minimal-invasive interventional technic.The patients were followed up for one to six years.The degree of pain relief at discharge and at follow-up were recorded,and the complications were recorded too.Results According to＂the degree of pain relief at discharge＂,excellent and good rate were 87.3%,efficient rate were 97.3%;According to＂the degree of pain relief at follow-up＂,excellent and good rate was 65.9%,efficient rate was 83.0%.There were no complications discovered.Conclusion For lumbar disc-derived pain,the neural minimal-invasive interventional technic is of reliable effect,and with durable action and unusal complications.
