颈椎标准投照位置的研究

摘　　要：目的研究能够最佳显示颈椎的各种摄影位置。方法采用自制的与遥控X线机脚踏板相匹配的颈椎投照专用圆转凳,被检者坐在圆转凳上,在电视监视下进行坐位拍摄颈椎标准正位、侧位、左斜位、右斜位、过伸、过屈侧位及寰枢椎张口位等各种位置的颈椎片。同时,在电视监视下观察投照位置满意后,测量了正位的倾斜角度和斜位的旋转角度。结果拍摄不同位置的颈椎片,需要不同的最佳体位。结论颈椎标准的各种投照位置能清晰显示颈椎的解剖结构和稳定情况,对提高颈椎疾病的X线诊断正确率有一定价值。Objective To study the best position of the X-ray exposure of the cervical spine.Methods To use the round-rotating stool which was homemade and suited to the remote control X-ray machine footplate.Under the watching-TV and patient sitting position on the round-rotating stool,take the films of the cervical spine with anteropost,lateral,left-tilted,right-tilted,and lateral position overbended and overextended,at the same time,according to watching-TV,when watching the satisfactory exposure position and taking the angle of anteropostenior tilted position and lateral rotated position.Results Taking the films of the cervical spine different position,needs the best different position.Conclusion Standar cervical spine variety of projection position can clearly show the anatomy and stability of cervical spine,to improve the X-ray diagnosis of cervical disease accuracy has certain value.
