草木犀流浸液片(消脱止-M)治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察草木犀流浸液片(消脱止-M)对神经根型颈椎病治疗的疗效。方法单纯口服草木犀流浸液片治疗神经根型颈椎病150例,观察临床疗效,对照组90例采用甘露醇结合地塞米松进行治疗。结果治疗组一个疗程后,总有效率达79.33%(119/150),显著有效率47.33%(71/150),起效较快,服药期间无不良反应出现,治疗效果与对照组甘露醇结合地塞米松治疗效果无明显差别。结论结果显示,草木犀流浸液片治疗神经根型颈椎病可以起到较为明显的临床疗效,在门诊颈椎病患者的保守治疗中可以推荐使用。Objective To study the clinical effects of Setus-M in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy for out-patients.Methods To observe the clinical effects of Setus-M which are taken orally to treat the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in 150 cases.The control group were given mannitol and dexamethasone intravenously guttae.Results After a course of treatment,the total effectiveness were 80.67%（121/150）,and the obvious effectivenss48.67%（73/150）.No adverse reaction was found during the treatment.And there was no obvious difference between Setus-M and control group in treatment effectiveness.Conclusion The clinical application of Setus-M shows that the medicine has obvious effect on the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Hence,it is worthy to be recommended in the conservative treatment of the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy for out-patients.
