肩胛骨松解法结合关节松动术治疗肩关节周围炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察肩胛骨松解法结合关节松动术在治疗肩关节周围炎过程中的疗效。方法将90例肩关节周围炎患者随机分成A、B、C 3组,A组为推拿组,B组为关节松动术组,C组为肩胛骨松解法结合关节松动术组,每组各30例,观察治疗前后3组患者肩关节疼痛程度及关节活动度的改善情况。结果治疗10 d后,3组患者VAS评分与治疗前比较均显著降低(P<0.01),C组下降更明显(P<0.01),A、B两组间无显著差异(P>0.05);关节活动度测定,3组患者肩关节角度较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.01),治疗后3组患者肩关节内旋、外旋活动度无显著差异(P>0.05),但C组肩关节前屈、后伸及外展的活动范围明显优于A、B两组(P<0.01),B组优于A组(P<0.05)。结论肩胛骨松解法结合关节松动术治疗肩关节周围炎效果显著。Objective To observe the effect of scapular solution combined with mobilization of joint on periarthritis of shoulder.Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into group A,B and C（30 cases in each group）.Group A received the massage,group B received the mobilization,while group C received scapular solution combined the mobilization.We compared the pain grade and ROM of the shoulder among the three groups before and after the treatment.Results After 10 days treatment,in the first hand,the VAS grade of all groups was decreased,while that of group C was obviously down（P0.01）.Conclusion Scapular solution combined with mobilization of joint has a remarkable effect on the periarthritis of shoulder.
