浙西南山区7～19岁畲族与汉族学生体表面积比较

摘　　要：目的研究浙西南山区畲族青少年学生身高、体重及体表面积的生长发育变化情况,为建立浙西南山区畲族青少年学生体质健康指标评价体系提供科学依据。方法依据2008年浙西南山区丽水市中小学生体质测试数据,选取7～19岁畲族、汉族学生2 614名。采用适合中国人的Stevenson公式,利用身高、体重指标计算畲族、汉族青少年学生的体表面积,对其变化发展趋势进行比较分析。结果浙西南山区畲族男女学生的身高、体重和体表面积等3项指标的年平均值明显低于当地居住的汉族学生;畲族、汉族男女学生7～19岁年龄段的身高、体重、体表面积的年平均值变化不一致,但变化趋势基本相同,男女学生之间真正的差异是在15岁以后。结论在实际应用中,不宜采用同一个体表面积的健康指标评价体系标准对畲族和汉族学生进行相关评价。Objective To study young students’ height,weight and body surface area of growth and development of the situation changes of She nationality on the mountains of southwest Zhejiang,and to provide a scientific evaluation system for establishing assessment system for the She nationality students of mountains areas in southwest Zhejiang.Methods Based on physical test data of 2008 Lishui City,a total of 2 614 students of Han and She nationalities were selected as the objects.The Stevenson formula suited for Chinese was used to calculate She and Han body surface area.Results The average height,weight and body surface area of She students in mountains areas of Southwest were lower than the local Chinese students.Although the three indicators of She and Han students aged 7-19 years did not change accordant,but the curve was very similar,the real difference between male and female students appeared after the age of 15.Conclusion In practical application,students of She and Han should not be evaluated with the same evaluation standard of surface area.
