摘 要:目的探讨磁敏感加权成像(susceptibilityweigh*edimaging,SWI)埘胼胝体损伤的诊断价值。方法同顺性分析15例CT检查阴性而MRl检查阳性的胼胝体损伤的MRI图像.所仃患者均行高场强1.5T磁共振T1W1、T1WI、FLAIR、SWI横断位及T2W1矢状位扣描.分析各序列胼胝体损伤的信号特征及碌示率。结果胼胝体损伤T1WI为低、略低、稍高信号6例.T1WI、FLAIR为高信号10例,15例SWI均表现为明显低信号,5例患者CT、T1Wl、T2W1、FLAIR均未见片常,其中4例SWI诊断为弥漫性轴索损伤.1例诊断为胼胝体等处多发损伤。脑内其他损伤区SWl表现为低信号影。结论SWI刈显示和诊断胼胝体损伤有较高的敏感性和准确性。并能鼹尔常规MRI序列不能显示的微小损伤。Objective To study the value of susceptibility weighted imaging(SWl) in the diagnosis of corpus callosum injury. Methods 15 cases with corpus callosum injury which was of negative results on CT images underwent MRI at 1.5 Tesla supereon duetive MR set, including axial T1WI,T2WI,FLAIR,SWI and sagittal T2 WI. The positive rate and signal features of corpus callosum injury were analyzed respectively. Results The injury lesions of corpus callosum were hypointense,slight hypointense or slight hy- perintense on TI WI ( n =6 ) , hyperintense on T2 WI and FLAIR( n=10 ) , obvious hypointense on SWl ( n=15 ) , negative on CT, T1 WI, T2W1 and FLAIR, amomg which 4 cases were diagnosed as diffuse axonal injury by SWI, 1 case was diagnosed as muhiple injury by SWI. The injuries in the other areas demonstrated hypointensity by SWI. Conclusion MR SWI has high sensitivity and accuracy in detecting corpus callosum injury,and can display minute injury which can not be displayed by conventional MR sequence.
