摘  要:目的研究正常颈椎椎体骨髓MRI信号随年龄、性别变化的类型及其规律。方法随机选择522例正常颈椎的MRI影像.进行回顺性分析.将颈椎椎体骨髓出现的信号变化归类总结,与年龄及性别的关系做统计学处理。结果颈椎椎体什髓MRI价号随年龄而变化.根据信号的不同将其分为5型.I型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型随年龄增长而减少,Ⅳ型、V型随年龄增长而增加。统计学显示信号分型与年龈有关与性别无关。结论认识正常颈椎椎体骨髓MRI信号特点及变化规律对鉴别颈椎病变,尤其弥漫性骨髓疾病有极其再耍的意义。Objective To investigate MR signal changing of tile bone marrow of normal cervical vertebra with tile age and sex. Methods MRI data of the normal cervical vertebral in five hundred and twenty two were retrospectively reviewed to assess the chan- ging of the signal intensities of marrow with the patients' age and sex statisticaLLy on T1WI. Results The bone marrow patterns based on tile different signal intensities were divided into five types. Type I, type Ⅱ and typeⅢ decrease with age, but type IV, type V increased with age. Statistical analysis demonstrated that the changing of thebone marrow of cervical vertebra was related to age, hut not to sex. Conclusion MR1 signal intensities of normal cervical vertebra are influenced by age. The knowledge of the different patterns of signal intensities may serve as a practical aid in the interpretation of MRI examination of the normal and abnormal cervical vertebra in bone marrow disease.
