摘 要:针对目前柔性棒料高速动态跟随切割支撑装置结构复杂,振动和冲击较大等不足,提出了枢轴旋转式喇叭嘴装置支撑原理,对装置进行了机构学和动力学分析。通过对喇叭嘴槽宽进行多目标优化,减小了柔性棒料所受剪力矩、扰度,以及刀片和喇叭嘴在棒料轴线方向最大速度差,有利于提高切割质量;综合考虑设计加工误差对机构动态性能的影响,提出了合理的装置支撑布置方案,有效地避免了在支撑时段内来自机构的冲击振动。该装置结构简单,支撑稳定,可以满足高速动态跟随切割的需要,具有较高的实用价值。For existing insufficiencies as complicated struc- ture, larger vibration and impact in high-speed dynamic follow cut ting supporting device of flexible bar stock, the support principle of Pivot Rotary Ledger Supporting Device (PRLSD) was proposed and the mechanism and dynamics of the device were analyzed. Through the multiobjective optimization of the ledger groove width, the cut ting torque, deflection and the maximum speed difference between blade and ledger in axis direction of bar stock were reduced. The cutting quality was also improved. In consideration of the effect de sign processing error to institutions dynamic performance, the rea- sonable device support arrangement plan was proposed and the im pact vibration coming from the structure was avoided effectively. The structure of the device is simple and the support is steady. It can meet the requirement of high-speed dynamic follow cutting and has a high practical value.
