摘　　要：在知识经济时代,技术创新已经成为推动社会经济发展的主要动力,产学研技术联盟因此成为技术创新的主要模式。通过总结浙江省产学研技术联盟过程中存在的主要问题,深入分析了影响联盟模式选择的因素,并提出了开展产学研技术联盟的几种主要模式。In the context of knowledge-based economy,technology innovation has become the main driving force of social and economic development,thus technology alliance of industry-university-research becomes the main mode of technological innovation.By summarizing main problems of the technological alliances in Zhejiang Province,this paper analyses deeply factors influencing alliance mode selection and proffers several models of developing industry-university-research technology alliance.
