技术进步、产业结构升级与循环经济发展的关系研究——以浙江制造业为例

摘　　要：技术创新和产业结构升级可以提高资源使用效率,减少环境污染。对浙江制造业1987年～2007年的时间序列数据研究结果表明:技术进步和产业结构升级对制造业循环经济发展有着积极的正向促进作用,其中产业结构升级的促进作用最为显著,而经济发展的促进作用尚未显现。因此,应大力支持企业进行技术进步活动,积极发展高新技术产业,不断提高高新技术产业的比重,以推动制造业的产业结构升级。Technological progress and industrial structure upgrading can improve resource utilization efficiency and reduce environmental pollution.Study of time series data of Zhejiang Province manufacturing from 1987-2007 shows： technological progress and industrial structure upgrading have positive enhancement effect on manufacturing circular economy development,with industrial structure upgrading playing the most significant enhancing role while economic development has yet to show an active role.This paper proposes supporting enterprises＇ technological progress,developing high-tech industries,continuously increasing the proportion of high-tech industries to promote industrial upgrading of the manufacturing.
