摘 要:本文对SWRH82B动态热模拟后的试样进行组织观察和分析,通过扫描电子显微镜,运用定量金相技术,计算了珠光体片层的间距。研究了变形量和应变速率不变时不同的冷却速率条件下,珠光体片层间距随着过冷度的变化规律。结果表明:当过冷度不太大时,过冷度和珠光体片层间倒数距保持良好的线性关系,过冷度和珠光体片层间距倒数存在的关系模型为:Sp-1=3.099 69+0.079 84×ΔT;过冷度增大至一定值时,则偏离线性关系。The microstructure of samples 'after thermal dynamic simulation is observed and analyzed, with the scanning electron microscope and the quantitative metallography technique, the interlamellar spacing of pearlite were calculated. When the deformation amount and strain rate remained unchanged, the changes of the interlamellar spacing of pearlite with the undercooling at different cooling rates during continuous cooling transformation were researched, the results showed that the relationship between undercooling and reciprocal interlamellar spacing remains linear relationship when the undercooling is not very large, and the relationship models is Sp-1=3.09969+0.07984×△T, but when the undercooling reaches certain value.linear relationship will be deviate.
