摘 要:使用质量分数为5%的NaOH溶液对麦秸秸秆进行12 h的浸泡处理,对比分析了麦秸纤维改性前后对新拌水泥浆体的凝结时间、流动度的影响,以及对硬化水泥浆体力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:未改性和改性麦秸纤维均增大了水泥浆体标准稠度用水量,由于改性麦秸纤维中不存在阻止水泥水化的阻凝物质,因此其与水泥浆体具有良好的相容性,在其掺量为3%时,麦秸纤维水泥基复合材料的抗折强度提高了7.48%。Wheat straw was modified by NaOH solutions (mass fraction 5% ) for 12 hours.The setting time and fluidity of unmodified and modified wheat straw fibre cement paste were analysed respectively, and mechanical properties of harden cement paste were studied respectively. The results show that,water requirement of normal consistenc of flesh cement paste was increased by unmodified and modified Wheat straw fibre, due to the modified wheat straw fibre did not exist the materials of preventing cement hydration, so there was good compatibility between cement paste and fiber.Moreover,the flexural strength of wheat straw fibre cement based composites was increased by 7.48% ,when the mixing amount of wheat straw fibre is 0.03.
