摘  要:结合南水北调中线一期工程掏砂洞回填灌浆处理施工,介绍了水泥黏土复合浆液配合比设计的试验方法,通过试验选出了符合工程实际并易于施工的灌浆浆材配合比,试验结果表明:掺有结构剂的水泥黏土混合浆液配制过程简易可控、稳定性好,浆液的初始黏度较低,灌浆施工操作方便,该成果可为同行进行灌浆材料设计和施工提供借鉴。Combined with the construction of the backfill grouting of dig sand hole in the first stage of the middle line project in South-to-North water diversion, introduces the experiment method of the mix proportion design of the cement and slurry paste.The applicable and practical mix proportion has been chosen by the trial.The result shows that:the cement and slurry paste with constitution controller is easy to control during the preparation process and quite stable and easy to operate in the construction period, it also has low initial viscosity.The achievement in the experiment could give references to those who design and construct the grouting materials.
