摘  要:以笋壳为原料,采用氯化锌活化法制备活性炭,通过正交试验研究了氯化锌与笋壳质量比、氯化锌溶液浓度、活化温度、活化时间等因素对笋壳基活性炭的活化收率、碘吸附值和亚甲基蓝吸附值的影响。研究表明,活化温度对活性炭性能的影响最显著;氯化锌活化法制备笋壳基活性炭的最佳条件为:m(氯化锌)/m(笋壳)=2:1,氯化锌溶液浓度为5%,活化温度为600℃,活化时间为90min。采用氮气吸附-脱附法对最佳条件下制备的活性炭进行表征,结果表明,该条件下制备的活性炭为中孔型活性炭。Bamboo shoot shell was used as raw material, and bamboo shoot shell-based activated carbon was prepared by ZnCl activation. The effect of preparation condition (i. g, mass ratio of ZnCl to bamboo shell, concentration of ZnCl2, activation temperature and time) on the yield, iodine value and methylene blue value of activated carbon were studied by orthogonal test. The results show that activation temperature has the most significant effect on the performance of activated carbon. The optimum preparation condition is as following., mass ratio of ZnCl2 to bamboo shoot shell is 2 : 1, the concentration of ZnC12 solution is 5%, activation temperature is 600℃, and activation time is 90min. Activated carbon prepared under optimum conditions was characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption isotherm. The results show that under these conditions the activated carbon is mesoporous.
