摘　　要：精神卫生干预在应对富士康深圳工厂员工丛集性自杀公共危机事件中发挥了重要作用。本文详细介绍了富士康心理救援工作中采取的主要干预措施与成效,探讨了如何建立促进企业员工心理健康的长效工作机制,从根本上预防危机事件的发生。Mental health intervention played an important role to cope with public crisis events of cluster suicide in employees in Foxconn＇s Shenzhen factory. The research introduced the major intervention measures and effects of psychological rescue efforts in Foxconn＇s events in detail. And it also provided how to establish a long- term working procedure which could promote the mental health of enterprise employees, thus could prevent crisis events from the very beginning.
