摘  要:目的研究超声造影(CEUS)引导射频(RFA)控制实验猪闭合性肝外伤(BHT)出血对肝主要生化指标的影响。方法采用CEUS引导射频对10只广西巴马小型猪BHT模型进行止血治疗。分别于撞击前、撞击后5 min、RFA治疗后30 min、7 d、14 d、21 d及28 d,经耳背静脉抽取外周静脉血样本,检查血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)及碱性磷酸酶(AKP)。结果撞击后5 min,AST增高,RFA治疗后30 min显著增高,7 d明显降低,14 d以后又逐渐恢复至正常水平。撞击后5min,ALT轻微增高,RFA治疗后30 min较明显增高,14 d以后逐渐恢复至伤前水平。AKP于RFA治疗后30 min略有增高,其余时段与伤前无明显差别。结论 RFA治疗后,实验猪肝功能不同时段发生不同程度改变,了解其变化规律可为下一步治疗提供重要信息。Objective To study the effect of radiofrequency ablation (RFA) under the guidance of contrast en- hanced ultrasound (CEUS) for the hemostasis of swine with blunt hepatic trauma (BHT)on the main liver biochemical indexes. Methods CEUS-guided-RFA was performed to control the active bleeding in 10 swine with BHT. The ani- malg blood samples were drawn from the ear vein to exam aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotrans- ferase, (ALT) and alkaline phosphatase(AKP) before injury, 5 minutes after the impact, 30 minutes after RFA, 7 days, 14 days, 21 days and 28 days. Results AST and ALT rose 5 minutes after the impact and became Significantly increased 30 minutes after the RFA and then decreased to the normal level from 14 days to 28 days after the RFA. AKP increased slightly 30 minutes after the RFA. There were no significant changes in other examination time. Con- clusions The main liver biochemical indexes of these swine changed with different charaeteristics in the above exami- nation time after the RFA hemostasis treatment which can provide important information for remedy.
