高频彩色多普勒超声对局限性骨化性肌炎的诊断和鉴别诊断价值

摘　　要：目的研究局限性骨化性肌炎的声像图特征,探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对此类疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断价值。方法对58例经手术及病理确诊的局限性骨化性肌炎的声像图特征进行综合分析,总结其诊断要点和鉴别诊断。结果根据外伤病史,结合患处肌肉、肌腱或韧带与骨连接处内出现不规则低回声区,中心可见单个或多个强回声团,后方伴明显声影等声像图特异性表现,超声对局限性骨化性肌炎诊断的符合率为100%。结论高频彩色多普勒超声对局限性骨化性肌炎的诊断及鉴别诊断有很大价值,可为临床诊断及治疗提供可靠的信息。Objective To study the characteristics of the myositis ossificans circumscripta and to explore the val- ue of diagnosis and differential diagnosis with the high frequency color Doppler ultrasound for these diseases. Methods 58 cases of the characteristics of the myositis ossificans circumscripta that were confirmed by the surgery and the pathology were analyzed. Their main points of diagnosis and differential diagnosis were summarized. Results The coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 100 ~//0 according to the traumatic history and acoustic image of irregu- lar low echo-district in the affected part such as the muscle and tendon or joint of ligament and bone, and the centre to see single or more strong echo mass and the rear with clear sound shadow. Conclusions The high frequency color Doppler ultrasound has great value for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the myositis ossificans circumscripta. This may provide reliable information for clinical diagnosis and treatments.
